About BaM
We don't have an org chart so much as an org racetrack.Rather than put traditional ECD/CD/AD/W on business, our teams can shift as the assignments dictate. Sure, clients always have account leads and creative people dedicated to the business, but they also get access to any of the appropriate creative and production resources inside of BaM. We'll often meet en masse to kick off projects or to solve unusual problems. Traditional agencies usually partner with outside vendors for these functions, but we've found it's better for the end-product if programmers, editors, artists and strategists are all contributing ideas from the start, and are as dedicated to your account as the guys with their names on the door.
The essentials: Open since 2000. Offices in Indianapolis and Manhattan. Independent. Design: 2 and 3 dimensional. Branding: Corporate, Identity, Environmental.
